Funding sessions & Prices - terms and conditions
We offer the 30hours government funded sessions, subject to availability
Funding is for 38weeks of the year term time only.
We only offer the 30 hours between the hours of 07.30-17.30pm in set sessions of either (7.30am-12.30pm/ 12.30pm-17.30pm/07.30am-17.30pm)
Please note that government funded childcare hours do not cover the cost of meals, therefore meals are charged separately alongside the funded sessions

Terms and conditions

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate packed lunches on site due to allergens within the nursery.
We do not offer a discount policy for attending extra sessions/full time or for siblings
We may from time to time organise additional events outside the EYFS curriculum and our published fees. These are entirely optional, and an additional bespoke payment will be required, notified in advance.
Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to offer flexible sessions, once your sessions are booked in they cannot be swapped unless a permanent change is made which will require a terms notice, subject to availability.
We do offer a limited amount of fully funded sessions, these are 12.30pm-17.30pm, please ask for further information regarding availability.
If a deposit is paid and a start date agreed for your child, any extension to the start date will require 50% of the full payable fees up until the new start date to retain the place. Unfortunately we can no longer reserve baby room places for anything longer than 1 term.
We require at least 4 weeks notice to terminate your child's place.
If the setting is closed then you will not be charged, i.e. bank holidays, snow closures etc.
Payment upfront for any additional sessions for confirmation of booking.

Invoices are issues on or around the 15th of each month.
We do offer annual invoices running from September- August and bi annual invoices running from January - August in which your invoice total is spread into equal payments.
Payments are paid monthly in advance and are due by the 1st of the month.
Late payments are subject to a £15 late fee and risk to your child's place.
We accept childcare vouchers.
Payments can be made via Tax free childcare account.
Payments can be made via BACS, bank transfer or cash.

We will offer for you to come down and meet the team and get a feel for who we are! Our show around starts in the baby room, the cornerstone of our setting. we will take you on the preschool journey ending in the preschool room! Any questions you have can be answered on this visit. A member of staff will stay with you around pre school and therefore we do have to schedule in your show around appointments to ensure that we are appropriately ratioed as safeguarding of the children is paramount.
After the show around, a quick chat with one of our management team to go over a few details regarding availability and invoicing and then an you will receive an email from the communication app we use called Famly, this will be a registration form to fill out. As we are a small based setting our spaces are limited and therefore your place is only secure once a deposit received.
Refundable holding deposits - Please note that the deposit is refundable at the end of the child's journey providing a 4 week written notice is given and there are no outstanding fees.
The deposit is non refundable is the place is withdrawn before the start date.
The deposit is £50.
